Saturday Scramble

No, we didn't get this much, but soon!

It's time for another Saturday Scramble! I won't make you look at my breakfast for this week, but I am going to include a super easy, super yummy recipe at the end. Enjoy!

Cool things that happened this week:
-It snowed! Not a lot, but enough to see it. Winter is my favorite time of year, and I absolutely love snow.
-Jane (Books 2-4) sold 200+ copies this month, and New Blood (Jane #2) surpassed 100.
-I discovered Edy's Pumpkin Pie ice cream. It's beyond delicious.

Now for the recipe. It's super simple and something you all have probably had, with a tiny twist.

Apple Cider French Toast
6 slices bread
2 eggs
3/4 c apple cider
Dash each of cinnamon and nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Mix eggs, cider, vanilla, and spices.
2. Dip bread slices into mixture, then grill on medium-high heat.
3. Drizzle with real maple syrup and devour.
